In August Bridges2Beyond was invited by our friend and fellow paranormal investigator Mr. Jim Wolfe of SPIS to join him on an investigation at the Urbana Salon in Urbana, MD. This is another historic location in close proximity to the Monocracy Battlefields and Frederick, MD. This location also claims a long an interesting history of paranormal activity.

We were able to preview some amazing EVPs that Jim and Carol La Riviere of Gabriel's Paranormal Society captured during their preliminary investigation.

During this investigation we were able to capture interesting evidence including an anomaly on a static camera that we had positioned on a tripod in the laundry room facing directly into the room where the EVPs were captured in the preliminary investigation.

We were actually able to capture several appearances of the anomaly. On differebt occasions throughout the night we also noted that the camera moved slightly when investigators were in the room investigating even through there was no one in the room across the hall with the camera.

In one clip, you will see this occurance when I come into frame while taking EMF readings where the EVPs were previously captured.

We are still reviewing audio and video from this investigation and will complete our report in the coming weeks.

Investigation EVPs

It's always exciting and rewarding when you capture an EVP during an investigation, especially when you were there and know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you didn't hear anything at the time. We have picked out a couple EVPs from this investigation to share with you.

I continue with my efforts of trying to find out more details about who may be there. One thing we like to get is names. It may be possible to search local records and validate names you capture in EVPs. In this EVP you will hear the response, "My name is Margie". Please listen to the .WAV above first. It has been amplified but unfiltered.

Next, listen to the .WAV file below. This has been run through filters to focus in on the voice we heard in the background.

As with all evidence, we encourage you to listen to it 3 times. The first over your computer's built in speakers. The second time with external computer speakers and the last time with headphones. Each piece of equipment has different filtration levels which may affect your ability to hear some frequencies.
